Out for a ride.

Cripes, I remember when it used to cost me about $4 to fill up my motorcycle. I just spent $13.50!!!

I just rode for almost 2 hours, first to. Meeting that didn't occur in Grayslake, then up into Wisconsin and across to Seridan Rd. Back home. Very nice, if a little swampy earlier on. But thanks to the haze, the sunset was BEAUTIFUL from about 7:00 on (yes, it started early). At one point I drove by this Serbian Orthodox church on Rt. 45 that A. and I have been to a wedding at. With the European design and the giant orange sun setting, I amusedly thought of the ending scenes of Francis Ford Coppola's Bram Stoker's Dracula. :)

Anyway, that ride alone made it worth fixing the bike. Very cool.
