UFOs and Scripts

So, the other day I was behind this Subaru Impreza wagon. The license plate was UFO 105 and it had two bumper stickers. One said:

Property of
AREA 51
Top Secret Test Vehicle

The other said:

I love line dancing!

What a kook.

But my real point is that I whipped a script somewhat into shape to allow me to post from the command line. So I can write stuff up as a marked up text file, then load it into MT. Right now, it's a multi-step process like this:

1. Compose (and hopefully spell-check) text.
2. Run this script like this:
   cat my_wicked_post.txt | ./cli_post.pl -p
3. Rebuild pages, also from the command line, thanks to someone else's script.
4. When I get a chance, go into MT and assign a category, send pings and notifications if I'm feeling frisky.
5. Watch the page hits roll in.

WARNING: If you aren't sure what that script does or how to use it, PRETEND YOU NEVER SAW IT!
